PMS Relief (15 Tea Bags)

Ingredients:  Rosehip, Chamomile, Rose petals, Ginger, Tulsi, Rhododendron, Star anise, Ashwagandha, Ginger, Cinnamon, Spearmint 

Aroma:  This concoction has the distinct mixed floral and spiced aroma along with refreshing aroma of mint 

Taste: This mix has a distinct warm and spicy, woody  taste of the spices and floral taste of chamomile and rose petals  that complement each other,with a lingering freshness of spearmint

How to use: boil water to 100 degrees, after which you dip your tea bag into the water and let it sit for 3-5  minutes for the flavor to seep in, post which take out the tea bag ( which can be re-used upto 3 times before losing flavor ) and enjoy your brew.
