Everybody is talking about it
Everyone is evidently obsessed and is talking about 'Covid-19:- social distancing, basic hygiene, lockdown!! I too want to talk about it, but with a slightly different perspective. Neither to undermine the gravity of the issue nor come across as less compassionate towards the lives lost to this 'Virus'.
But, I am a bit reluctant to give this virus more due than it deserves. Thanks to the reach and unrestricted use of Social Media and 'Media' per se, none of us are able to control the nervousness and frenzy created due to the #Coronavirus (which by the way has been living with us in this ecosystem for a long time, it's just that this variant: Covid-19 is not much studied).
The fear of the unknown has gripped the world with panic and anxiety. Here is an interesting stat to make us feel slightly better, the death rate due to exposure to Covid-19 is between .1% to 2%
Doctors claim that the cause of the death, its due to our body's own immune system, that seems to go a bit too haywire and starts attacking itself in the presence of the Covid-19 virus in the body, leading to complete collapse of the lungs. This particular reaction of the body's immune system is called "Cytokine Storm", wherein a 'weak immune system' releases uncontrolled antibodies within the body not knowing where to attack the virus and in the bargain, ends up hurting oneself/one's lungs which ultimately causes untimely death.
This needs to be avoided. And it is avoidable.
The keyword here is a "Weak Immune System". All we need to do is strengthen our Immune system is to fortify the immunity, and we are ready to the face this virus-like we face the other seasonal influenzas with the measures prescribed by the government.
Without much ado, in order to fortify one's immune system all we need to do is explore our kitchen with patience - it is all there in the herbs and spice compartment. It is now an established fact that the Covid-19 virus is unable to survive at temperatures of above 60 deg C. All you need to do (once every 3/4 hours thru the day) is the following:
Boil Water (100 deg C)
Look for the following in your kitchen: We use these ingredients in our Masala Chai along with Pure Assam Tea. You may use anyone or two the ingredients, making it an interesting concoction each time you have your dose of Black Tea to fortify/strengthen your #immunity
